Insurance Product Knowledge
Broker's product catalogue is governed business knowledge, not whatever a provider page or model said most recently. A product release names institution, coverage, exclusions, eligibility, required fields, price or quote method, fees and relationships, source evidence, effective period, jurisdiction, and expiry.
For PZP, a case queries the releases represented by the firm, validates the vehicle and client facts the requested action actually needs, and records live quote observations separately from the underlying product. Refreshing the catalogue creates a new release; it never rewrites the release pinned by an in-flight comparison.
“Best” is not a product fact. A comparison must state its universe, retrieval time, hard eligibility, criteria, fees or relationships, missing facts, and expiry. It may truthfully return “lowest price among these eligible offers under these criteria” or refuse when the evidence cannot support that claim.
Provider pages, documents, and quotes remain hostile attributed input. Missing or stale knowledge produces a question or blocker, not a fabricated answer. A configured product list grants neither advisory authority nor permission to bind, sign, purchase, or pay.
Proving product knowledge
Use one synthetic Slovak firm, one reviewed PZP release, and a fake provider. Prove one eligible comparison, one missing fact, one ineligible request, one expired release, one provider timeout, and an attributable answer whose source universe can be reconstructed. No live insurer, medical data, payment, signature, or binding enters the slice.
