Provision replenishes ordinary household stores. Kaufland, Lidl, another merchant, a local market, and a field are sources—not Composition identities and never ambient permission to browse, authenticate, disclose, or buy.

From need to result

homestead.observe_shops@1 admits attributed, dated offers. Shop profiles are explicit and independently revocable; public fetch, rendered observation, authenticated session, cart mutation, address disclosure, order submission, and payment are separate powers and effects.

homestead.plan_provision@1 combines household policy, stores, budgets, admitted offers, and an optional purpose-limited FoodNeed@1 from Wellbeing into a reviewable replenishment plan. That need may contain quantities, declared exclusions, useful product traits, expiry, privacy class, and unresolved flags—not diagnosis, journal, measurements, medication, genetics, movement history, or merchant instructions.

homestead.build_cart@1 creates a cart. homestead.checkout@1 separately revalidates merchant, product, package, price, stock, fees, delivery, substitutions, recurring terms, disclosure, and worst-case budget before one authorized submission. It returns ProvisionResult@1: what became available, unavailable, substituted, refused, or uncertain. That result makes no health, eating, or adherence claim.

This office covers food, cleaning goods, toiletries, and other ordinary consumables entering shared custody. Personal meal choice and preparation guidance stay with Wellbeing; once confirmed cooking changes household lots, Stores records the transformation. Eating out and irregular, high-value, compatibility-heavy, property, or seller-negotiated acquisition stay outside this office; Wellbeing keeps eating out and Scavenger keeps the latter.

Offers, provision plans, carts, orders, deliveries, and reconciliation keep independent revisions.

Raw addresses, payment data, credentials, and one-time codes never enter prompts. A material cart or checkout change returns to the Magus. Missing merchant acknowledgement becomes an unknown checkout or payment result and closes retries until reconciliation establishes what happened. Restart never duplicates cart mutation, order submission, notification, or delivery reconciliation.
