Voice boundary

Riffmaw owns voice only when it is musical performance: singing, rap, musical spoken word, harmonies, and other vocal parts judged inside a composition, arrangement, or mix. It does not own a generic voice pack or ordinary spoken-media production.

An admitted vocal take enters riffmaw.capture_take@2 and returns PerformanceTake@1. It pins the approved lyrics, language and pronunciation assumptions, performance direction, musical role, timing, and acceptance criteria. Raw takes, comping, tuning, cleanup, musical vocal generation, and tone changes retain their parents, performer or model identity, controls, source influence, cost where applicable, and output digests. Accepted vocal work enters MusicAssetBundle@1; a transcript remains an attributed observation rather than proof of lyrical, pronunciation, or performance correctness.

Consent to one take does not authorize cloning or later words. Performer authority remains scoped to identity, lyrics, purpose, audience, territory, duration, transformations, disclosure, and revocation. Impersonation, concealed synthesis, unapproved lyrics, or ambiguous authority leads to review, replacement, or refusal.

Ordinary dialogue, narration, spoken dialogue replacement, captions, and spoken timed-language editions belong to Language Edition. Echo retains admitted speech capture, transcription, synthesis, cloning, delivery, and playback facts; those mechanisms do not decide musical acceptance. An Avatar profile or Morphe may reference an eligible vocal or voice artifact for one declared presentation, but neither the artifact nor its Riffmaw acceptance grants permission to synthesize new words or publish it.
